So far this year

Liv began crawling on Christmas Eve. Ever since then she has been achieving all kinds of new things. I usually give her cereal right in the morning but yesterday I put her in her highchair and she started crying "baba! baba! " Now, this is what I call her bottle when I ask her if she wants her baba. She hasn't been wanting to eat anything but her baba....I hope thats normal! I think she is going to be a picky eater like her dad. Who knows if she new what she was saying but it sounded right to me! She can now do the actions to patty cake while we sing it for her. The sad thing for me is that she is already trying to walk and stand on her own! When I was helping her stand yesterday with both hands she let go of one and started slapping my hand away! I was almost in tears. She will be walking before we know it! She pulls herself up on anything she can get her hands on. When I get her out of her crib she waves at me, at herself in the mirror, looks for daddy to wave to, and I think she waves at her basket of toys. She's my social butterfly!
